CEO
Tye Alli is an ISTQB Certified Engineer with over 15 years of Industry Experience. Tye founded BusyQA in 2013, after having a successful career as a Test Engineer at IBM, Royal Bank of Canada, Geosoft, eHealth, ADT Security America, and TycosIS. With the creation of BusyQA, Tye designed and implemented a revolutionary Software Testing Training Curriculum that converted non-technical employees into competent Test Engineers within six months. The success of the curriculum resulted in training over 2000
students, with all his graduates now working in Top 500 companies throughout North America. His unique ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, and effective way that is easily understood has made his classes, and seminars highly sought after.
As the CEO of twoPLUGS, a public and private marketplace for service exchange. “Alli”, as he is popularly called, has been featured on the popular Entrepreneur TV show “Shark Tank” – where he pitched BusyQA and twoPLUGS, and was offered a deal from Jim Treliving.
He leads the Consulting and Training divisions of BusyQA and BusyDev. He is a 2019 Finalist Testing Manager of the year by The North American Software Testing & QE Awards. He is a certified Scrum Master, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from The University of Hull, United Kingdom. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Analyst, from Sheridan College in Canada.
Claudia Carvalho
COO
As Chief Operations Officer, Claudia is responsible for Strategy, Business and
Operational guidance to the Management Team. She brings over 18 years of banking
experience from the largest Private Bank in Brazil - Itaú Unibanco. While at Itaú
Unibanco, Claudia led the Project Management Banking Process, and Product
Development. As a seasoned Project Manager, she has delivered a quantifiable track
record of successful projects, and implemented an average of five projects per month.
She significantly improved processes by implementing creative solutions that reduced inconsistencies from 10% to less than 1%. Claudia’s top performance in her field has resulted in her being the recipient of the “Walther Moreira Salles Award” in the “Quality” category, acknowledging her efforts in the pursuit of sustainable performance.
Claudia holds a degree is in Business Administration, from Fundacao Getulio Vargas
(Brazil). , coupled with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidade de Campinas
(Brazil). She is also a Sheridan College alumna from the Pilon School of Business -
Project Management program.
Viji Raj
Business Development Manager
Viji brings more than over a decade years of experience in Technology Corporate Sales and Business Development. She is an accomplished professional with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Strategies, and Operational Efficiency. She is responsible for BusyQA international businesses strategies and developing new markets. Prior to joining BusyQA, Viji played an instrumental role in the growth of several Technology & Educational companies like Edusports, NIIT & Great Lakes.
She holds a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis University. She also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras.
